Join us for a Solstice Sunset Yin Yoga Sup experience! While the sun sets around us we will restore peace and balance on the water! Holding gentle postures for longer periods to allow stress and tension to melt away. We'll reconnect to our breath, body and board as we discover balance among the gentle waves of the river. Class will end with a final Relaxation. Option to bring a journal for some writing on the water before coming back to shore!

Class will meet in Starbrick on River Road, Friday, June 21st at 7:30 pm. Participants will receive arrival directions once sign-up and payment have been secured. All equipment provided. Cost: $50 per participant. Space is limited to six participants to keep a comfortable instructor-to-student ratio.
